General Manager
to lead our Dublin Nissan / Infiniti store into its next phase of growth.
General Manager Position Overview Pay Scale: $180,000 to $300,000 annually
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the
overall performance and profitability
of the Dublin Nissan / Infiniti dealership. You will provide strategic leadership, build strong teams, and drive operational excellence across all departments – Sales, Service, Finance, Parts, and Administration. You will ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding financial targets.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management
Provide executive leadership to department managers and staff.
Cultivate a strong performance culture driven by accountability, coaching, and professional development.
Ensure team alignment with company goals and values.
Operational Performance
Oversee daily operations of the dealership and ensure efficient workflow and processes.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including sales, gross profit, expenses, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and CSI scores.
Implement best practices to enhance productivity and profitability.
Sales & Profitability
Drive retail sales performance across new and used vehicles.
Optimize F&I penetration and profitability.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that drive showroom traffic and service business.
Customer Experience
Champion a customer‑first environment.
Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and strategic problem‑solving.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Financial Oversight
Develop and manage dealership budgets.
Analyze financial statements and reports to make data‑driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role within an automotive dealership (Nissan/Infiniti experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of P&L management and dealership operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Results‑driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
Familiarity with CRM and dealership management systems.
