This role supports critical game development pipelines and plays a direct role in ensuring build stability for globally distributed teams through overnight CI/CD coverage. You will work hands‑on with automation, observability, and infrastructure supporting AAA game production. Responsibilities
Support, troubleshoot, and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent build stability across multiple game projects.
Monitor pipelines using observability tools, create alerts, and analyze metrics, logs, and traces to drive performance improvements.
Triage and resolve external partner issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead postmortems for critical pipeline failures.
Design and implement automation scripts to streamline operations and improve CI/CD efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on experience with DevOps or CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
5+ years of experience scripting and automating operations using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
3+ years of experience implementing KPI monitoring solutions using SQL, Azure Data Lake, or similar technologies.
Experience with data and observability platforms for monitoring CI/CD infrastructure performance.
Proficiency with source control systems, preferably Perforce.
Strong knowledge of software development best practices including Agile and continuous integration/deployment.
Excellent problem‑solving, root cause analysis, communication, and documentation skills.
