Seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager (PM) to act as the formal representative and primary point of contact for all projects. The role involves leading cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring clear communication, driving on‑time delivery, and maintaining excellence throughout every phase of project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a Project Management Plan (PMP) for the overall assignment based on a template provided by Customer that addresses staffing, responsibilities, deliverables, communications, budget, schedule, safety/security procedures, and quality control measures to be followed for the work.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed and coordinated through quality reviews in compliance with the Contractor’s quality program.
Manage the progress and completion of activities and deliverables within the agreed‑upon budgets and schedules.
Coordinate between the Contractor’s in‑house disciplines and sub‑contractors to ensure consistency in project delivery and performance of the specified services.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memoranda, action lists, and related materials in support of project implementation related to the Consultant’s design and assigned services.
Respond to Customer’s questions and requests related to the assigned work, including providing copies of all invoices, estimates and proposals, insertion orders, broadcast orders, conference reports, media schedules, and research.
Resolve and formally respond to review comments in support of the services provided.
Attend meetings necessary for project completion, including those requested by Customer’s Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative.
Prepare meeting notes and distribute them to attendees no later than three (3) business days after each meeting, addressing comments, revising, and redistributing them as necessary.
Prepare and submit monthly progress reports supporting Contractor invoices, including major highlights and deliverables, scope, schedule, and budget progress for Customers approval.
Provide quarterly and annual summary reports that consolidate information from the monthly reports using formats developed by Customer and the Contractor within 30 days of assignment initiation.
Prepare and submit monthly project invoices and progress reports that include descriptions and status of projects, monthly accounting of amounts committed, spent, vendor invoices for subcontracted goods or services including the status of the overall assignment and projects within 15 days of the close of each month.
Requirements
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience with at least three (3) of the seven (7) years in design and product delivery project management.
Comfortable working within an office work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (entire suite), Adobe Creative Cloud & Adobe Experience Manager; and
Familiarity with Customer’s project management software system (Procore).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate.
Other
On‑call discipline support personnel, such as a UI/UX designer and researchers, fact checkers, copy editors, and UX as needed and specified for individual projects.
