Job Description Domino's Pizza is hiring general managers who can manage all aspects of a store while setting an example and following all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Responsibilities
Oversee every aspect of the shift, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
Staffing and training of crew members.
Maintain inventory, cash control, and food management.
Adhere to schedules and standards.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
Promote marketing initiatives and ensure profitability.
Maintain transportation and punctuality.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment and prepare products.
Stock ingredients and take inventory.
Process telephone orders and complete paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, telephone).
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
Physical ability to make correct monetary change, use a computer or touch screen.
Essential Functions / Skills
Quick and accurate arithmetic.
Verbal, writing, and telephone orders.
Motor coordination for quick, accurate movements with speed.
Keyboard or touch screen operation.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather while removing trash and other outside tasks.
In-store temperatures 36°F–90°F+.
Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
Potential exposure to sharp edges and moving parts.
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks.
Walking short distances.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.Carrying, pushing, pulling of trays.
Climbing stairs or ladder for maintenance.
