You were born to be the boss. You’re used to leading, motivating, and making sure things get finished. Now you’ll step up to manage a Domino’s Pizzaa store, keeping the team on track, ensuring quality, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
Set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, brand image, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Qualifications
General job duties for all store team members.
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions & Skills
Perform accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly (calculator may be used).
Make correct monetary change.
Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Coordinate eye–hand movements for fast and accurate, precise tasks.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
Exposure to changing weather while removing trash or performing other outside tasks.
Workplace temperatures between 36°F and over 90°F, with sudden shifts.
Fume exposure from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces or tools up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Standing for most tasks; walking short distances; sitting for paperwork; lifting up to 50 lbs; carrying, pushing, jumping, climbing stairs or ladders; stooping, bending, squatting; reaching up to 72"; performing hand tasks requiring eye–hand coordination.
