Principal Product Manager, QuickBooks CRM
Intuit invites you to contribute to an exciting journey that will transform QuickBooks from a system of record into an all‑in‑one business management platform. The QuickBooks Customer Hub (CRM) team is focused on helping small and mid‑market businesses grow their revenue by managing leads, opportunities, and long‑term customer relationships within the platform.
Overview As Principal Product Manager, you will drive our domain model, help steer the team’s strategy, and lead the way for other teams in the ecosystem for solving sales and customer lifecycle‑related problems. You will be responsible for critical core features of the new CRM offering, grow the Customer Hub product, and help the team achieve 2X revenue growth for Small Businesses worldwide.
Responsibilities
Build a local strategy that leverages Intuit capabilities to differentiate and rally partner teams around your mission.
Design and bring to market revenue‑generating, customer‑driven software products.
Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights.
Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations.
Lead, create, and launch market‑leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience, and support.
Work closely with design partners to conduct customer research and craft experiments to test leap‑of‑faith assumptions before investing in full builds.
Leverage user data to streamline workflows through AI lead scoring and relationship/sales insights.
Work with customers to create innovative solutions to the core workflow management problem they face.
Drive technical advancement with a full‑stack engineering team and run the business tracks of work.
Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release.
Build products that deliver great customer experiences.
Focus on growth hacking, achieving product‑market fit, and building growth loops for QuickBooks Online.
Qualifications
10+ years concepting and delivering world‑class software products in a Product Management role.
Exceptional craft leadership discovering latent customer needs and concepting a successful product roadmap to tackle those.
Proven ability to drive a 0‑1 architecture and evolve it in service of business and customer outcomes at a large‑scale enterprise setting.
Expert at managing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for B2B SaaS offerings, including demonstrated ability to quickly prove out concepts or pivot.
Repeated experience expertly triaging data to steer the product roadmap and persuade others to support these pivots.
Proven, repeated experience at successfully managing cross‑functional teams that launch on‑time and on‑budget desktop, web, or mobile software product offerings.
Successful history of delivering customer‑driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously.
BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
