QuickBooks is the market‑leading financial management platform for small and mid‑market businesses (SMBs). We are transforming QuickBooks from a system of record for financials into an all‑in‑one business management platform. A key part of this evolution is a “lead to cash” workflow that allows customers to save time, save money, and receive payments faster. The QuickBooks Customer Hub (CRM) team delivers the core customer benefit of helping customers gain more leads, win work, and nurture relationships within the platform. Responsibilities
Build a local strategy that leverages Intuit capabilities to differentiate, drives excitement across the organization, and rallies partner teams around the mission. Design and bring to market revenue‑generating, customer‑driven software products. Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights. Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on customer expectations. Lead, create, and launch market‑leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, UX, and support. Work closely with design partners to conduct customer research and craft experiments to test leap‑of‑faith assumptions before full builds. Leverage user data to streamline workflows through AI lead scoring and relationship/sales insights. Work with customers to create innovative solutions to core workflow management challenges for service‑based SMBs. Drive the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release. Build products that deliver great customer experiences and focus on growth hacking, product‑market fit, and building growth loops for QuickBooks Online. Qualifications
10+ years concepting and delivering world‑class software products in a Product Management role. Exceptional craft in discovering latent customer needs and concepting successful product roadmaps, measured by impact on targeted success metrics. Proven ability to drive a 0‑1 architecture and evolve it for large‑scale enterprise settings. Expert at managing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for B2B SaaS offerings, with a demonstrated ability to prove concepts or pivot quickly. Experience triaging data to steer the product roadmap and persuade cross‑functional teams. Proven track record of managing cross‑functional teams that launch on‑time and on‑budget desktop, web, or mobile software offerings. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex projects simultaneously. BS or BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Compensation and Benefits
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The expected base pay range is: Bay Area, California $236,000 – $319,000; New York City, New York $232,500 – $314,500.
