Training and Development Associate, Justice Programs Arc Aspicio is a leading consulting and professional services firm specializing in solving large, complex problems for government clients. We are looking for a Training and Development Associate to support mission‑critical Federal justice and law‑enforcement grants programs.

Location and Work Environment:

Hybrid work environment. The role will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, or remotely. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment.

Responsibilities:

Provide training and technical assistance to Federal staff, grantees, and stakeholders on performance measures for grants programs.

Develop training curriculum and materials on performance measures, data collection, and data support.

Create training and user resources, including FAQs and user guides, and deliver in‑person and web‑based training on grants performance systems, report generation, and analysis tools.

Develop and conduct online webinars with subject‑matter expert presenters.

Record, edit, and redistribute live video content for on‑demand viewing as part of interactive media strategies.

Provide group training to grantees to assist with submission and reporting of performance measures.

Collaborate closely with clients to solve complex problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results.

Apply excellent research, analysis, and communication skills to identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions.

Contribute to a culture that promotes collaboration, learning, and professional growth.

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience providing training and technical assistance for government clients.

Experience in grants and program management, with knowledge of the Federal grant lifecycle (preferably in justice programs).

Direct experience engaging clients and stakeholders, delivering work products in complex stakeholder environments.

Demonstrated flexibility and ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous work environment while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Outstanding written and oral communication, collaboration skills, and strong leadership potential.

Ability to work effectively remotely and in‑person.

US citizenship only (no dual citizenship) and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Bachelor’s degree in social science research or related area.

Total Rewards:

Salary range $70,000 ‑$87,000. Total rewards include compensation, benefits, bonuses, professional development, and other career opportunities.
