What You Bring to the Table Universal Banker I
– 6+ months in cash‑handling, retail, or hospitality.
Universal Banker II
– 1+ year in banking
or
2+ years in customer service/cash‑handling; degree in a related field can replace experience.
Universal Banker III
– 3+ years of banking experience, leadership and mentoring experience preferred, able to run the branch in a pinch.
