Universal Banker , you’ll be the ultimate customer experience champion — combining teller skills, financial knowledge, and sales savvy to help our clients thrive. From opening accounts and answering questions to uncovering solutions that help people meet their financial goals, you are the go‑to guide in their banking journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the face of the bank: Greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.
Solve problems like a pro: Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management, and loan payments.
Build real relationships: Get to know your customers and help them plan, save, and succeed financially.
Think like an advisor: Suggest products and services that actually make a difference.
Stay sharp: Learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and level up with ongoing training.
Lead by example (UB III): Step up when management is away, mentor new teammates, and keep operations running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table
Universal Banker I
- 6+ months in cash handling, retail, or hospitality.
Universal Banker II
- 1+ year in banking
OR
2+ years in customer service/cash handling; a degree in a related field can replace experience.
Universal Banker III
- 3+ years of banking experience; leadership and mentoring experience preferred; able to run the branch in a pinch.
Skills & Superpowers
