Pay Pay depends on experience. Minimum for Universal Banker I is $22.00/hour.
About the Role As a Universal Banker, you’ll be the ultimate customer experience champion — combining teller skills, financial know-how, and sales savvy to help clients thrive. You’ll open accounts, answer questions, uncover solutions and guide customers on their banking journey.
Responsibilities
Greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.
Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management and loan payments.
Build real relationships: understand customers’ financial goals and help plan, save, and succeed.
Suggest products and services that make a difference.
Stay sharp: learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and pursue ongoing training.
Lead by example (UB III): step up when management is away, mentor teammates, and keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications Universal Banker I
6+ months in cash handling, retail, or hospitality.
Universal Banker II
1+ year in banking or 2+ years in customer service/cash handling.
Degree in a related field can replace experience.
Universal Banker III
3+ years of banking experience.
Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
Able to run the branch in a pinch.
Skills & Superpowers

Detail-driven and highly organized.

Tech-savvy with MS Office and banking software.
