Recruiting HR and Accounting/Finance Professionals A software (B2B SaaS) startup company with an office in the Fort Point/Seaport neighborhood of Boston is looking to hire a Temporary HR Representative for a long-term assignment.
This is a temporary assignment that should last 6+ months and will be 40 hrs/wk.
This role will require you to work in the office 4 days/wk (with one day remote). Office is walkable from South Station.
The individual in this role will handle day-to-day HR operations work that includes onboarding, employee documentation, background checks, HRIS/database management, benefits coordination, and general office administrative support where needed.
Requirements:
2+ years of HR experience in related industry setting
Experience with benefits administration
Experience with onboarding and HRIS management
Able to work in Boston office 4 days/wk
Preferences:
Experience working with ADP as a PEO (outsourced benefits to ADP)
Experience with BambooHR (HRIS software)
