About the Role On site live in person five day work week. The HR Coordinator will assist the Director of Human Resources to manage all HR practices for 500 + employees. The HR Coordinator will be engaged in.all aspect of HR that requires usage of the Payloicty HRIS and software systems that provide the best outcome for HR goals and objectives. Employee relations and engagement is a central part of the role. Analytical based findings are required to support decision making and reporting.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and as needed Executive and Leadership Team.

Supports and manages administrative functions of HR Practices including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Time & Labor, Performance, PTO, Rewards, Terminations, etc.

Monitor, review, report and resolve when appropriate HR observations, issues and concerns. Communicates (Email & Telephone Calls) with employees in a timely manner.

Compliance and management of Paylocity HRIS and utilization of internal software systems such as R&A, CrunchTime, Google Drive, Excel, etc.

Sorts and compiles submission of employee documentation and identify appropriate steps for responding and maintaining.

Compile data and create reports for analysis and understanding of ROI, turnover, retention, etc. .

Acts as a liaison with stakeholders externally and internally, leaders, managers and current, former and potential new employees

Related Assignment and HR support.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree required

Three Years Experience in Human Resources,

amilarity with a HRIS and time and labor systems.

Knowledge of federal and state laws

Good communication skills (wittern and interpersonal)

Decisions based on analytics and data

Required Skills Excel, writing, reporting, attetion to detail adn the ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills Paylocity or similiar HRIS

Pay range and compensation package $62,000 to $65,000 annually
