Job Description Pay: $20.00‑$25.00 per hour, based on experience. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives, including monthly and quarterly bonus payouts.

As an Automotive Technician, you will perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of guest vehicles, begin a comprehensive Technician training program, and collaborate with teammates to deliver 5‑Star guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and all other automotive repairs and maintenance that you are qualified to perform.

Secure guest approval to perform work based on the diagnosis and maintain a clean, neat work area.

Complete thorough vehicle inspections on each vehicle serviced and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.

Test drive vehicles and safely use the shop truck to pick up inventory as needed.

Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of automotive technician experience.

Valid driver license.

Own or willing to purchase a basic set of automotive tools.

Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lb.

Guest‑ and team‑focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Ase automotive certification in at least one of A1‑A8.

Automotive technical school certificate or degree.
