You were born to be the boss. Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers who can lead a team, manage operations, and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves direct oversight of all shift activities, cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, safe, and productive store environment.
Responsibilities
Set the example for all team members and follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Manage staffing, paper work, cost controls, cash control, food management, and work schedule.
Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, and store cleanliness.
Ensure accurate inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and operate all equipment.
Drive deliveries within the designated area and deliver flyers and door hangers as needed.
Coordinate marketing activities and maintain profitability plans.
Lead, train, and mentor all store team members, driving a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications
Strong math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide, and make correct monetary change.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination and ability to perform quick, precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Map navigation skills and ability to locate addresses within the delivery area.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
Work Conditions
Varying weather conditions during outside tasks.
Temperature swings from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas.
Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, and sharp edges.
Cramped areas such as walk‑in coolers and hot ovens up to 500°F.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, and minimal sitting; mostly conducted on flat ceramic tile or linoleum.
Carry up to 30‑50 lb cases, lift up to 72 in. heights, and push/pull trays on dollies.
Stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching for food preparation and cleaning tasks.
Climb flights of stairs and maneuver ladders as needed for maintenance or delivery.
Drive deliveries within a designated area, wearing safe driving practices.
