Control Engineer
We are seeking an experienced
Control Engineer
with a strong background in automation and validation within the
medical/pharmaceutical industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and validating automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot automation programs using
Rockwell Automation/Allen‑Bradley PLCs .
Implement and support
Rockwell Motion Control
solutions.
Work with
Vision Systems , including
Cognex
and
Keyence , for inspection and automation processes.
Perform
IQ/OQ/PQ validation
for equipment and automated systems.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in medical/pharma manufacturing environments.
Support installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of automated equipment.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in
Rockwell Automation programming
(PLC, HMI, motion control).
Hands‑on experience with
Cognex
or
Keyence vision systems .
Expertise in executing
IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols .
Prior experience in
medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing
environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work onsite in North Haven, CT.
Location North Haven, CT
Salary $63,000–$120,000 per year
