Base pay range $92,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

Overview We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Piping/Mechanical Superintendent in Cary/Wilson, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. As a passionate leader, you’ll leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.

Responsibilities

Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.

Ensure right materials, equipment, and personnel are available.

Take action to ensure safety, health, and well-being of the team and planet.

Leverage people management skills to guide and motivate team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction or equivalent; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.

At least 15 years of construction site experience.

At least 15 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.

Experience with HVAC and Mechanical Plumbing piping and ductwork.

Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in use of software: Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam.

Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers.

Attend constructability reviews.

Safety leader (JHA’s revision / daily signed off permits).

Quality in construction.

OSHA 30.
