About the Role
Evans is hiring a Program Analyst to join their growing team on a contract in Washington D.C. You will perform support functions that assist in executing project requests and supporting client program needs. The ideal candidate will be capable of working autonomously, demonstrating initiative and self‑direction in their tasks. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Location This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days on‑site per week at the FAA Headquarters in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate logistics and content for executive‑level meetings and forums, from preparing agendas to facilitating meetings and following up on actions.
Conduct team‑building exercises, including icebreakers and leadership development sessions.
Facilitate executive‑level meetings and forums.
Document meeting minutes and track/follow up on action items.
Support program management efforts, including stakeholder communications, logistical support, and document management.
Execute administrative tasks as needed while providing consistent program support.
Assist with the development of technical communication materials for executive leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of professional experience; preference for at least 5 years planning and leading executive‑level meetings.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to support multiple activities and meet deadlines.
Experience with strategic planning is preferred.
Experience improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in client program communication.
Ability to adapt and navigate through a fast‑paced and changing environment.
Prior FAA experience is highly preferred but not required.
Government contracting experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to listen to clients’ challenges, proactively help solve problems, and follow through on actions.
Ability to work independently and in teams with minimal supervision.
