Chicago, downtown - requires 3 days onsite

Responsibilities
Act as strategic business partner to corporate leaders on organizational needs, workforce planning, and people strategies
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and manager coaching on goal setting and employee development
Manage annual compensation planning, salary reviews, and equity adjustments in partnership with compensation team
Handle complex employee relations issues, workplace investigations, and policy violations
Coach leaders on performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
Develop initiatives to strengthen team culture, engagement, and retention
Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure consistent practices and regulatory compliance
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
5-7 years HR experience; minimum 3 years in corporate environment preferred
Proven track record in strategic HR practices: talent management, employee relations, compensation planning, performance management, change management, and learning & development
Experience supporting global teams (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
