Human Resources Business Partner Manager

Hospitality experience preferred.
Purpose As a trusted HR partner, I support leaders and colleagues in building a high‑performing, engaged workforce. I drive both tactical HR programs and strategic initiatives that shape culture and strengthen organizational success.
Responsibilities
Partner with corporate leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, and colleague development
Lead compensation planning, salary reviews, and equity adjustments to ensure fairness and competitiveness
Manage complex employee relations and conduct workplace investigations with integrity and objectivity
Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and team engagement strategies
Collaborate with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence to align practices with corporate programs and compliance
Qualifications
5–7 years of HR experience, including corporate environments
Expertise in talent management, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and change management
Experience supporting global teams
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
Rate: 50-60/hr
