As a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch, you'll be at the heart of branch operations, working closely with the Branch Manager, branch employees, and our team of experts. Your role ensures that clients' financial transactions are handled with precision and care, all while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

A typical day involves assisting clients with transactions, introducing self‑service options, building lasting relationships, reviewing branch operations, keeping the branch team informed about latest policies, and ensuring control expectations are exceeded.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, ensuring exceptional client experience.

Greet clients warmly, demonstrate genuine care, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.

Engage clients with clear, polite communication, anticipate needs while checking them into the waiting queue.

Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues quickly and consistently.

Introduce clients to friendly branch team, build lasting relationships, and assist with specialized financial needs.

Share self‑service options to simplify client banking experience.

Support all aspects of branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits to keep branch operating smoothly and securely.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Leadership and operational proficiency in a team environment.

Passion for educating the branch team and partners.

Skills in building meaningful client connections and referrals to experts.

Minimum 1+ years of retail banking experience.

High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.

College degree or military equivalent.

Training and Travel Requirement

Successfully complete our Branch Operations Lead Training Program.

Ability to travel for in‑person training and meetings.
