Senior Director of Recruiting, Human Resources & Business Operations
Position Overview
The Total Rewards Manager will oversee both compensation and benefits functions, ensuring programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational needs. This position plays a key role in advising HR leadership, supporting employee inquiries, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate data within HR systems.

Key Responsibilities Compensation
Support the development and administration of U.S. and global compensation programs.
Conduct benchmarking, salary reviews, job classification work, and pay equity assessments.
Partner with HR and leaders to ensure compensation practices are consistent and compliant.
Assist with annual review cycles, salary adjustments, and compensation reporting.
Oversee health, retirement, leave, and other employee benefit programs across multiple locations.
Provide guidance to employees on enrollments, changes, and general benefits questions.
Partner with vendors and support program audits, Open Enrollment, and benefits compliance activities.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding as it relates to benefits.
Data & Systems
Maintain accurate total rewards data and support reporting needs.
Use HRIS platforms (Workday or ADP WorkforceNow required) to administer compensation and benefits.
Support regulatory reporting requirements as needed.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of combined compensation and benefits experience
Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Experience with job leveling, market analysis, and compensation reviews
Strong knowledge of benefits administration and related regulations
HRIS experience with
Workday or ADP WorkforceNow
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting global workforces
Familiarity with nonprofit or mission‑oriented environments
Soft Skills
Clear and effective communicator
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills
Able to collaborate with staff at all levels
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Interview Process
Virtual interviews with HR and leadership
Final interview may be virtual or onsite
Work Schedule
Hybrid schedule, typically two days onsite per week
