Overview Domino's Pizza is hiring a General Manager to lead the store operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day management, cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations. The role demands strong judgment, math skills, and multitasking.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee all activities during the shift (cost controls, inventory, cash control, customer service).

Set an example and enforce policy and procedures 100% of the time.

Staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, profitability, and store cleanliness.

Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders.

Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness.

Deliver products by car, flyers, and door hangers.

Essential Functions & Skills

Mathematical proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Accurate monetary change, verbal, written, and telephone communication.

Motor coordination, typing or touch‑screen order entry.

Navigation and delivery skills (valid driver’s license, insured vehicle).

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather, high temperatures, fumes, cornmeal dust.

Physical demands: standing, walking, lifting, climbing stairs, pushing, reaching.

Working alone or with a team under stress.

Near and mid‑range vision, depth perception.

Requirements

Age 18 or older.

Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

Ability to work overtime and travel between store and delivery vehicle.

Experience with cost controls and inventory acceptable.
