Responsibilities You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including:
Cost controls, inventory control, and cash control
Customer relations and maintaining a high level of service
Staffing, paperwork, and ensuring staff follow all policies 100% of the time
Work schedule adherence, store cleanliness, and image standards
Marketing activities and profitability initiatives
Safety and compliance, including all physical and environmental conditions
Qualifications
Experience operating equipment and managing a cash register
Ability to stock ingredients, prepare product, and take inventory
Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and telephone
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accurate monetary change handling
Motor coordination and ability to use a computer or touch screen for order entry
Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, climb, stir, shape dough, and use hand tools
Essential Functions & Skills
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator usage permitted)
Provide correct monetary change on all transactions
Receive and process telephone orders, in‑person orders, and mobile orders
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen with speed and precision
Use hand coordination to manipulate tools such as a pizza peel, rolling cutter, and pizza cutter
Navigate adverse terrain and deliver products while maintaining safety standards
Driving Responsibilities (if applicable)
Deliver product by car or truck to customer doors, flyers, and door hangers
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that meets company standards
Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product
Work & Physical Conditions
Outdoor exposure to varying weather conditions during trash removal and outside tasks
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ in some areas
Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, crushing or sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts
Requirement to maintain visual and hearing acuity for telephone and in‑store tasks
Physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching, and hand coordination for frequent use of utensils and equipment
