Your day will include overseeing all operations from opening to closing. You’ll create a culture of accountability, generate profits, and keep customers happy.
Job Requirements and Duties
Accountable for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards.
Deliver excellent customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality, ensure store cleanliness, support marketing and profitability initiatives.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, process telephone orders, take inventory, complete associated paperwork.
Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
Proficient in basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and cash handling.
Motor coordination, ability to use computer keyboard, touchscreen or POS system.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record, access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
Essential Functions / Physical Demands
Standing most of the day, walking short distances repeatedly.
Lifting up to 50 lbs for deliveries; moving trays and containers twice a week.
Climbing stairs and ladders, pushing/pulling dollies, driving a delivery vehicle.
Working in varying temperatures (36°F–90°F+) and handling hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Performing tasks that require rapid, precise hand movements (e.g., pizza dough shaping, box assembly).
