Job Description Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, accept telephone orders, take inventory, clean the facility daily, and perform associated paperwork.
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Understand and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide (calculator may be used).
Provide correct monetary change.
Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Operate a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Maintain motor coordination between hands/fingers, eyes, and touch for rapid, accurate movements.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks; temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some areas; fumes from food, commercial dust, and cramped quarters.
Standing:
Most tasks performed from a standing position, walking short distances.
Walking:
Short distances at low speeds.
Sitting:
Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
Lifting:
Deliveries up to 60 lbs; stacking to 72 in. tall shelves.
Carrying:
Items up to 30 lbs over short distances.
Pushing/Pulling:
Trays in dollies up to 7.5 lbs.
Climbing:
Occasional stairs or ladders.
Bending/ Stooping:
Reaching and bending at the assembly station.
Crouching/ Squatting:
Occasionally for stocking and cleaning.
Reaching:
Above 72 in. and down to perform tasks.
Hand Tasks:
Continuous hand‑eye coordination for dough shaping, pizza cutting, and handling of tools.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Access to a company‑insured vehicle for deliveries.
Navigation skills: read maps, locate addresses, navigate adverse terrain.
Physical ability to carry, drive, walk, and climb as described.
