Overview Domino’s Pizza is the industry leader in pizza delivery. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, profitable operations, and a motivated team.
Responsibilities
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Staff management, scheduling, and training of crew.
Maintain store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and profitable performance.
Drive continuous improvement, adherence to standards, and great customer service.
Qualifications
Experience managing a fast‑food or retail establishment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to make accurate monetary change and process orders.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for delivery if required.
Physical Demands Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs as needed, repetitive motions, exposure to hot surfaces, food odors, and varying weather when delivering.
