Job Responsibilities
Manage all cost controls, inventory and cash handling.
Lead and set the example for store crew, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Staffing and scheduling, hiring and training, paperwork and payroll.
Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and image standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
Drive the store’s profitability and meet sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Basic math and cash handling ability.
Experience in cost management, inventory management, and customer relations.
Can multitask, work under pressure, and make sound judgments.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
Experience in a fast‑moving service environment preferred.
