About the Job
Domino’s Pizza is looking for a General Manager who is ready to step up and take ownership of a store. As a leader you’ll ensure that everyone in the store performs at their best, whether that’s your crew, your customers, or even your own manager.
Job Requirements & Duties
Oversee all activities during the shift – cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time and set a high example for your crew.
Manage staffing, paperwork, schedule, food management, marketing, and profitability.
Maintain store cleanliness, image, and adherence to standards.
Ensure great customer service and handle attendance & punctuality.
Transport to/from work and manage the store’s requirements for transportation.
Qualifications
Strong judgment, math skills and multitasking ability.
Clean MVR and valid driver’s license (for delivery responsibilities).
Open availability and proven leadership experience.
People‑management skills and a desire to reach goals.
Experience in cost and inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.
Proficiency with equipment: order entry systems, printers, phones, and kitchen tools.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, push and pull items, and perform repetitive tasks such as pizza preparation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Physical and Work Conditions
Exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, and food dust.
Work involves standing, walking, lifting, carrying, throwing, and occasional stair climbing.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles for delivery duties.
Experience handling hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
