Advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, finance, governance, and securities compliance Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements Ensure adherence to federal and state laws and regulation Collaborate with external counsel as needed Supervise junior attorneys, legal assistants, and potentially paralegals Train and support members of the legal team and other staff Communicate effectively through in-person interaction, virtual meetings, email, and phone Participate in Corporate Group meetings and firm events Engage in business development initiatives Perform additional duties as assigned What’s In It For You

Undergraduate degree and JD from accredited institutions Active WSBA membership Minimum of 10 years of corporate law experience preferred Deep expertise in corporate law, including
M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) ,
finance ,
governance , and
securities Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills Strong ability to advise on complex issues Effective delegation and training abilities Sound business judgment with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Excellent organizational and project-management skills Ability to work both collaboratively and independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfort working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (sit/stand desk available)
