What We’re Looking For

4–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within a startup, consumer brand, or tech‑enabled company.

Proven track record of developing new business, managing pipelines, and exceeding revenue goals.

Experience negotiating and closing strategic partnerships or channel deals.

Strong understanding of market trends, competitive positioning, and brand storytelling.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and operate independently.

Collaborative spirit and comfort working cross‑functionally with lean teams.

Ability to leverage data and analytics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and refine business strategies.

Strong follow‑through and relationship management skills to nurture long‑term partnerships and customer loyalty.

Compensation This permanent position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $140,000+ annually, plus commission and performance‑based incentives tied to new business and partnership growth.
