About The Role We’re looking for a driven

Business Development Manager

to help accelerate our growth in the AI/ML ecosystem. In this role, you will identify strategic opportunities, develop trusted relationships with enterprise clients, and close high-impact deals that shape our go-to-market motion. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, product, and engineering to bring tailored data solutions to market.

What You’ll Do

Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise and strategic accounts in the AI/ML, data, and software ecosystem.

Build and manage a healthy pipeline, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and close.

Structure partnership models, pricing, and contracts that drive long-term value.

Work closely with product and engineering to map customer needs to Tiki AI’s capabilities.

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform GTM strategy and uncover new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in AI, data or developer-focused products.

Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals ($100k+ ACV preferred).

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to articulate technical value to both business and technical stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

High ownership mindset, self-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments.
