Nesco Resource is looking for Manufacturing Technicians located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidates. Shift Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM Pay $20/Hour Summary Seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to build prototypes and production devices, with strong experience in soldering and small‑component assembly. Responsibilities Assemble prototypes and production devices Support and manage daily production line activities as volume grows Assist in developing production test equipment and test plans Create and maintain SOPs for scalable manufacturing Ensure work meets regulatory and quality standards Requirements Hands‑on wire soldering experience Skilled in small device assembly Ability to read assembly drawings and schematics Self‑motivated, adaptable, and detail‑oriented Strong communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred Medical device or clean room experience Basic programming or solid modeling skills Assembly line management experience Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
