About the Role We’re hiring a reliable and detail-focused
RFI Assembler
with
soldering experience
for a temp-to-hire opportunity. You’ll be assembling electronic components that require RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) shielding, working with small parts, and following precise production instructions.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble components with
RFI shielding materials
(gaskets, foils, coatings, etc.)
Perform
soldering
on connectors, wires, and electronic parts
Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions
Use soldering irons, crimpers, hand tools, and small-part assembly tools
Inspect components to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety standards
Meet production goals while maintaining consistent quality
Qualifications
Previous experience as an assembler or electronic assembler
Soldering experience required
Experience with electronic components or RFI shielding is a plus
Good manual dexterity and comfort working with small parts
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Dependable attendance and ability to follow instructions
Work Environment
Clean, organized manufacturing setting
