Key Responsibilities (HRIS Analyst): Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now
Process and audit employee lifecycle transactions (new hires, job changes, separations)
Maintain HR data integrity through routine audits and reporting
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors as needed
Support configuration of system fields, workflows, and security roles
Qualifications (HRIS Analyst): 3+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, or related experience
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
Strong Excel and HR reporting skills
