Site Coordinator Mount Laurel NJ 1+ Month Contract

The customer has expressed a strong preference for candidates who reside near the Mt. Laurel, NJ area. Travel from Greater Philadelphia has proven to be consistently unreliable due to traffic, and proximity is considered critical to ensure dependable daily support. Candidates must have prior reception experience, strong customer service skills, and must demonstrate reliability, consistency, and steady support. These expectations are required, so please screen candidates accordingly. Reception, Conference Center & Catering Support Friendly, courteous, professional first point of contact

Manage meeting room bookings and setups, including equipment and refreshments

Maintain housekeeping standards and inventory for conference rooms

Coordinate catering and special equipment needs

Perform daily checks on meeting room equipment and environment

Facilities Services Coordination Support facilities processes and tools; escalate issues as needed

Monitor service requests and maintain office cleanliness and organization

Coordinate desk moves and manage pantry/office supply inventory

Assist with new hire orientation and escalate concerns to Facilities Lead

Mail Room Services Handle incoming/outgoing USPS and accountable mail, including digital tracking and recipient notifications

Ensure proper chain of custody for deliveries and assist with messenger services

Maintain awareness of USPS pickup schedules

Miscellaneous Services Stock pantries, manage office supplies, and support badge creation

Troubleshoot printers and assist with workstation setups/moves

Maintain conference rooms and training spaces, including light cleaning and carpet maintenance

Provide basic AV/IT support and escalate technical issues appropriately

Typically Requires: High school diploma or GED required

1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical)

1+ year of previous customer-facing work experience required

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology

Tactical thought processing

Ability to present to a small group

Moderate problem-solving skills

Basic customer service skills

Basic technical aptitude

Basic written and verbal communication skills
