Accounting Mgr. / Senior Accountant with Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

full-cycle accounting

processes, ensuring compliance with

GAAP

and strong

internal controls . Manage and process

multi-state payroll

in a high-volume environment. Implement and maintain

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

for accounting and payroll functions. Collaborate with leadership on financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with

payroll regulations

and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Accounting, Finance, or related field (strongly preferred). Proven experience in

full-cycle accounting

and

multi-state payroll . Familiarity with

ADP ,

Workday , or similar payroll systems. Strong knowledge of

GAAP ,

internal controls , and payroll compliance. Experience implementing SOPs and working in a

high-volume environment . Construction industry experience is a plus.
