Key Responsibilities • Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner. • Verify billing data, purchase orders, and supporting documentation. • Record payments and adjustments in the accounting system. • Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. • Maintain up-to-date billing files and audit trails for reporting. • Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations. • Support additional accounting functions as needed. Core Competencies • 1-3 years of billing or accounts receivable experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
