Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Morristown, NJ
Duration: 3 + Months contract (Possibility of extension)
Shift Time: 8 pm – 7 am 7 days on, 7 days off. Weeks start at the end of the week (either Wed or Thurs)

Job Summary: · Reviews and transcribes all medication orders including specialized orders based on approved protocols accurately and timely verifying therapy, correct medication, route, dose and frequency. · Reviews patient profiles to assure appropriate therapy based on patient specific information that includes at least the following: age, gender, diagnosis, co-morbidities, relevant laboratory values, allergies, height, weight and BSA, pregnancy and lactation status.
