The DaVita Internal Audit Department is seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our dynamic, transforming team! The Data Analyst will work on internal audit assurance and advisory projects that address risk across the DaVita enterprise, which includes both domestic and international operations. Focus of work will involve:
Assisting with obtaining and compiling data on metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to facilitate the quantification of risk.
Providing support to Internal Audit teams to help ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core Values. Support functions include advising on data available for audits, extracting complex data for modeling and analytic services, networking with IT, creating data flow diagrams & maps, writing scripts for extraction and analytic tools, and more.
Working as part of a team to shift the focus of analytics and internal auditing from reactive to proactive.
Effectively communicating and collaborating with the Internal Audit teams and business partners to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process.
The Data Analyst will work as part of a team comprised of highly motivated and experienced individuals with backgrounds in operational, financial and compliance auditing, consulting and other similar experiences.

Salary Range for the role is $76,000.00 - $104,000.00/year.
