Sales Engineer – First on the ground – Employee Experience Platform – Boston, US
I'm partnered with a PE backed, AI powered Employee Experience software vendor who are in the market for their first Sales Engineer on the ground in the US! This role is a top priority hire to help accelerate company growth in the region!
Their solution is the single most intuitive & advanced platform for driving, understanding & leveraging employee engagement. Over 1,000 customers currently adopt their solution to help with internal communications & employee advocacy/insights to ensure their employees are engaged, can stay informed on all business matters & feel heard by the organization.
They are looking for a Founding Sales Engineer to help accelerate growth across the U.S. alongside 2 new Account Executives & an SDR!
You will need:
3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting for SaaS vendors
A strong technical background – you don't need to be a developer but need to be able to hold technical discussions with developers
Strong "hands on" personality – driven to work out problems & implement solutions
Strong communication skills – able to explain technical concepts to non-technical personas, including stakeholders
Role & Responsibilities:
Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle with technical presentations, POCs, in-depth product demos and consistently responding to RFIs & RFPs
Provide technical support to existing partners & resolve technical implementation issues
Design & implement technical training programs that meet customer requirements & provide guidance on integrating with existing partners
