Senior Account Executive | First on the ground | Employee Experience Platform | Boston, US
I'm partnered with a PE backed, AI powered Employee Experience software vendor who are in the market for their first Account Executive on the ground in Boston! This role is a top priority hire to help accelerate company growth in the US!
Their solution is the single most intuitive & advanced platform for driving, understanding & leveraging employee engagement. Over 1000 customers currently adopt their solution to help with internal communications & employee advocacy/insights to ensure their employees are engaged, can stay informed on all business matters & feel heard by the organisation.
They are looking for a Founding Account Executive to help accelerate their growth across the US - someone who can navigate the entire sales cycle & educate prospects on their solution on calls, customised presentations & product demonstations!
You will need:
5+ years' of fast-paced B2B SaaS sales experience while carrying a quota of between $800k-$1M
Previous success building out new business in a startup/scaleup environment
Multiple years experience navigating complex sales cycles from discovery through to closing the deal
The ability & drive to generate your own sales pipeline (an additional SDR is confirmed to start with the business in Jan 2026)
Role & Responsibilities:
Drive new business opportunities through prospecting, networking & within specific industries & accounts
Help to implement the GTM strategy for the region & help to lay the foundations for scaling the future hires in the high-performing sales team
Full ownership of the sales process including: building pipeline, managing prospects from start to deal close
Provide accurate sales forecasts to sales leadership
Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Product & Customer Success teams thorughout the complex sales cycles
