One of the country's largest financial technology companies is searching for a
Senior Technical Program Manager
to join their Customer Success division that focuses on providing financial platform customers with white‑glove support and expert advice from trusted industry professionals. As the Senior Program Manager, you’ll become a driving force behind the development and enhancement of cloud‑based software platforms, working alongside engineering, product, and cross‑disciplinary partners to deliver future‑ready support capabilities.

Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of technical program delivery for cloud‑native software support platforms, ensuring alignment with Customer Success objectives.
Structure and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program execution and timely rollout.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineers, product managers, and software developers to solve problems and deliver high‑quality applications.
Build strong partnerships throughout the organization, driving technical solutions that directly enhance customer support experiences.
Prepare proposals for new initiatives and support business growth through strategic project leadership.
Navigate contract negotiation processes, weighing financial considerations and resource planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, guiding projects and resolving issues quickly in a technically complex environment.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required; advanced technical education preferred.
10 years of experience leading software application development and technical program management in dynamic environments.
Demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies (AWS or GCP) and backend systems;
hands‑on SaaS development
experience essential.
Hands‑on experience managing software development programs in areas such as
AI/ML ,
cloud‑based
systems, or
platform
engineering.
An engineering background is preferred
(though not mandatory), but candidates must demonstrate strong technical depth and be able to independently drive technical discussions, understand architectural trade‑offs, and partner effectively with engineering teams.
PMP
certification and
Salesforce
platform experience are highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, ready to excel in fast‑paced, agile settings.
Proven success influencing Director‑level and executive stakeholders to facilitate program goals and outcomes.
