Director, Budget and Finance
The Grossmont‑Cuyamaca Community College District seeks a qualified individual to plan, organize, control, and direct the operations of the District Business Services department. The incumbent will prepare and monitor the annual district budget, perform long‑term financial projections and reporting, oversee external audits, manage bond construction accounting and other fiscal operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and perform related fiscal duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, public administration, business, or related field. Five years of progressively responsible finance, budget development, and accounting experience, including three years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and fund accounting preferred. Educational fiscal and accounting experience preferred. Benefits
