Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analyze case‑specific regulatory and contractual issues.
Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and briefing documents with strategic precision.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Admission to one or more of the following bars: NY, NJ, or PA.
3–7 years of litigation experience involving motion practice, hearings, or case‑level responsibility.
Strong written advocacy and analytical reasoning abilities.
Proven ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and matter priorities.
