Vice President, Client Solutions - Centralized Global Services / BPO at Advatix LATAM. This role focuses on leading profitable revenue growth through consultative solution selling, engaging with client stakeholders, and delivering high-value, customized solutions that meet client needs and support revenue and profit targets. Responsibilities

Lead hunting and consultative selling to win new business and grow market share. Identify and target potential clients, build a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and generate opportunities through multiple channels. Develop and deliver compelling proposals with financials, value propositions, and contracts; use pitch scripts to improve sales conversion. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor "+custom fit" outsourcing solutions. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings; maintain professional sales leadership and promote company values. Lead negotiations with prospective clients; collaborate with Pricing, Legal, and other teams to close deals profitably. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; manage Key Account Plans and coordinate ongoing client engagements, including innovation sessions and quarterly business reviews. Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success to align sales strategies with offerings and customer experiences; provide feedback to product teams. Fully utilize CRM to track revenue, profitability, pipeline growth, and sales effectiveness. Requirements

Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (plus). Minimum 5 years in business development with consultative solutions sales in CX and BPO industries. Proven track record selling complex solutions at executive levels, closing transactions over $5M. Strong C-level relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of CX/Call Center industry with financial modeling in outsourced environments; experience in "outsourcing solutions" sales. Expert-level skills in PowerPoint and Excel for value propositions and financials. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail; able to work in a fast-paced environment with high initiative. Willing to travel as needed to meet clients and partners.
