Tax Senior/Reviewer at a boutique full-service tax preparation firm handling everything from simple individual returns to more complex small business, S-corporation, estate, and trust returns. Prepare and/or review 1040, 1041, Estates, 1120, 1120S, 1065 tax returns. Maintain a generalist background and work with a wide variety of industries. Experience with CCH Axcess or ProSystems is preferred. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in public accounting Bachelor’s Degree Required CPA eligible, pursuing CPA (preferred) or EA Should have a generalist background Works with a wide variety of industries Experience with CCH Axcess or ProSystems (Preferred) Compensation
$70k - $95k depending on experience Year-end bonus potential Benefits: Health, Retirement, Exam/Licensure Fees Culture & Benefits
Size: Small, close-knit team. Family-oriented, team-focused atmosphere emphasizing collaboration and camaraderie. Work-Life Balance: 40-50 hours during tax season and ~40 hours outside busy season; company supports balance and growth.
