Job Overview Are you passionate about the law and ready to make a significant impact in the commercial litigation space? We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in representing our diverse clientele, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations, in various commercial disputes. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, including but not limited to contract disputes, business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, and intellectual property litigation.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of legal issues and precedents relevant to specific cases.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, potential risks, and the best strategies to mitigate these risks.
Prepare and present cases in court or before regulatory bodies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop effective litigation strategies and streamline processes.
Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients and their business operations.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Membership in good standing with a state Bar.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success.
Proficient in litigation and legal research tools.
Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines without compromising on quality.
Strong understanding of business operations and commercial laws.
High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions based on thorough research and analysis.
