Position Overview This position will provide both strategic insights and in-depth analysis on companywide capital spending by working across global regions and corporate functional groups.

Key Accountabilities Capital Budget

Annual Budget - coordinate company wide budget submissions, perform analysis of submitted data, identify risks and opportunities in the underlying assumptions relative to the company's overall objectives. Provide hands‑on support to ensure the budget and forecast are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Strategic Plan - compile comprehensive network and depreciation data, including detailed schedules, to support 3‑year financial plan.

Monthly Reports

Capex Reporting - reconcile cash flow across financial systems, analyze actual cash flow against budget, and update forecast on a regular basis and bring concerns to senior management.

Depreciation Analysis - review monthly depreciation performance, highlighting deviations from Budget and Strat Plan.

Store Count - track monthly retail network activities and transformation rates.

Capex Approval Process

Manage end‑end internal capital requests and group validation process, collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure projects are thoroughly prepared for monthly Store Network Committee meetings and validate on time.

Business Partnerships

Develop and maintain relationships with Global Store Development, Retail Excellence, Accounting, and regional Finance groups.

Ad‑Hoc

Perform ad hoc analysis as requested.

Required Qualifications

2‑5 years of finance experience, preferably in the Capex and Lease Accounting.

BS degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting

Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with senior management and leadership teams

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

Currently holds or is in pursuit of an MBA

Experience with Hyperion Planning and Business Objects

International business experience

The hiring range for this position ranges from $101,000 - $130,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
