Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: $95,000 – $102,000 USD + monthly bonus initiatives.
Hybrid‑remote opportunities with telehealth flexibility.
Schedule flexibility and autonomy.
Career path: BCBA
→ Senior BCBA
→ Lead BCBA
→ Area Director.
Full‑time and part‑time options available.
No non‑compete contracts.
PTO: 21 paid days in year 1 (15 days PTO + 6 holidays); sick time varies by state.
In‑house CEUs and mentorship from industry‑leading clinicians.
401K retirement plan with 4% match.
Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities
Provide case management for children ages 2‑18 on the autism spectrum.
Collect data using Central Reach.
Meet billable hour requirements: 30 hours for full‑time BCBAs; 75% of hours worked for part‑time BCBAs (preferred).
Complete intake assessments and parent training sessions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and clinical directors.
Mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master’s degree.
High emphasis on integrity and ethics.
Passion for client success.
Strong leadership skills.
